Being With You

mornings arrived and I'd awake
Much to my surprise i'm amazed
Served with an exotic breakfest
Complete with a little note
Couldn't keep myself from fallen
the minute I laid eyes on you
Begun smiling for no reason
and i knew you had to be mine

A magical sensation ever experienced
happens when two hearts beat as one
when you kiss me, it's so intense
it feel like the energy of the sun

when you're not around,
I be missing you
When I think about you,
I want you close
being with you
is like a dream come true
that's the way love goes
and it's why I love you most

poet Henry Lawson

The old year went, and the new returned, in the withering weeks of drought,
The cheque was spent that the shearer earned,
and the sheds were all cut out;
