Who can live with a heart of stone?
Pay for a place on high
Leave this world and rise alone
Or fool enough to try

We need the help of Jesus Christ
Made righteous through His blood
Believe He died when sacrificed
And live the way we should

For this we must be free of doubt
Believe what no one sees
Learning to know what life’s about
Seeking on bended knees

Living as The Gospel teaches
Reading it every day
Listening to anointed preachers
And walking Heaven’s Way

Look up, forward, onward and true
Considering day and night
Asking by praying what to do
And always doing right

Ever forward trusting Jesus
To keep us all on track
Even when it fails to please us
While never looking back

When at times God needs to alter
Something but He can see
Show your faith when others falter
Let Jesus, Jesus be

Stretch your hand to He who made you
Show your faith staying strong
By doing what we ought to do
We’ll sing the victory song
