Belinda - Poem by Richard Allen Beevor

Soon leaves depart the autumn trees,
summer of the past,
I watch seconds turn to days
and wait for one called Belinda.
Over the sea and mountain reach,
somewhere she dreams of me,
I sit in the darkness of my life,
until Belinda I can see.
