If you wish to make the World a better World to live in
Perhaps with some self improvement with yourself you begin
Since there is room for self improvement in us all
And any self improvement in itself it is never too small
When talking of self improvement it does come to mind
That there is more to living than for self you can become more caring and kind
It is not for yourself alone that you should live
If you wish to receive then you should be willing to give
You can live to become a better woman or man
By helping anyone in need of your help if you possibly can
Without always expecting the rewards of money for pay
Life it does not have to work in this way
It is not what you do for yourself but what for others you do
A better World to live in needs some help from you.
