Between us there is no maze
where constantly we find each other,
where you are in my heart, spirit and soul,
in a age-old kind of commitment
but sometimes the cruel wild wind blows
in the space between us
when jets draw between us plumy lines
and I stay hoping and trusting like a child,
where constantly we find each other.
