Birthdays are special.
Every time we get older,
And learn something new.
We get many gifts from a lot of people,
Some we like and some we love.
Some we keep close to our heart,
Whereas some we just throw,
Not knowing what the value of the gift actually is.

We get wishes and blessings,
From our dear elders.
We get surprise parties,
From our brothers and sisters.
We spill a lot of juice,
Without even worrying that we would get scolded.
We eat the cakes cream,
And probably destroy the whole cake.

The birthday girl/boy get the birthday bumps,
And finally in the end, everybody goes.
