Blend Me A Colour. Poem by Graham Jones

Blend Me A Colour.

Rating: 4.9

Blend me a colour
a mixture of hue's
Sweeten my sorrow
With rhythm and blues

Bend me and shape me
But keep me in mind
Label and tag me
For someone to find

Hope is a lost cause
A figment, a dream
Adrift in the silence
Where no one has been

A blind man can see
What others can't hear
Consumed by his thoughts
Of what others might fear

No ones immortal
And time passes on
So enjoy what you have
Before its all gone.
