Bless Us, O Goddess With The Lyre! Saraswati! Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Bless Us, O Goddess With The Lyre! Saraswati!

Bless us, bless us,
The Goddess with the lyre,
Goddess Sarasawati
With the book into the hands
And by the swan,
O Goddess,
Break You the tunes,
The sweet notes
Musical and sonorous!

O Goddess of art and culture,
White-clad and with the lotus
And the lyre,
Break You the musical tunes,
The rhythmic vibration
Into ripples of songs,
Making the heart sacred
And temperament serene!
