I must be blind,
For I can not see,
The wrong that lies,
Beneath me,
As my past follows me,
I know only the wrong,
Not remembering the right,
It takes control over my sight,
I must be blinded,
For I can not see,
The pain I feel,
Deep inside of me,
As my thoughts begin to trigger,
I begin to think,
As sadness fills the mind,
Tears follow behind;
For now I will say,
I must be blinded,
For I can not see.
