Blood Poem by Pramita Bose

Blood

O blood! O blood! O blood!
Don't flow out! Don't flow out!
In battles, where you flow from many bodies
In accidents, where you will flow
Whether living or not, breathing or silent
But I pray...stop flowing
Like you have been stopped in Faustus by GOD
But pray... do not end like him
O blood! O blood! O blood!

There is no real limitations as such, just make sure that it doesn't sound too weird to the ear.. Trust your ears while writing a poem - say it loud to yourself, and you will find out what works and what doesn't :)

Good poem, but I agree actually with Souren. Thanks

Interesting, but the the 'o blood' is just repeated too many times in my opinion.. The Faust reference was nice.. Thanks for sharing.
