Blossom Like Snowflakes Poem by ANDREW BLAKEMORE

Blossom Like Snowflakes

Rating: 5.0

Blossom like snowflakes
Are falling around me
As wind gently blows through the trees,
I welcome the morning
The sun's slowly rising
With sounds of the birds and the bees.

Daffodils yellow
They glow in the sunlight
And dwell in the meadow divine,
A picture of beauty
I capture the feeling
Forever this moment is mine.

Crocuses violet
Are so reassuring
To see them brings joy to my heart,
Spring is belonging
And cold days are over
Such pleasure this day does impart.

Tulips of scarlet
Are lining the pathway
Far as my eyes now can see,
Leading me onwards
To witness their wonder
Then all of my wishes will be.
