Blue Smiles Poem by Miranda Weller

Blue Smiles

You say your worthy of respect for you own reasons, don’t know how to love, don’t know how to leave. So you stay and wait to find another reason. Ease inside your mind into your soul. Everyone wants to be happy when their old. Tell me why we love the way we do, tell me why the smiles fade to blue. Tell me why the faith starts to fade, tell me when things are going to change. Eyes like the sunshine, light through the roses. Still you want it though you know it’s wrong. You’re a day dream believer, but it’s time to leave her. Tell me why we love the way we do, tell my why the smiles turn to blue. Tell me why the faith starts to fade, tell me when things are going to change.
