Bottle Of Love Poem by Elizabeth Fontaine Grieco

Bottle Of Love

Rating: 1.0

Suck me into your bottle
Spit me out as you wish
Leaving a sour taste upon my lips
After expounding for the day
Leaves one to wonder?
Does he love me as he says?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM

Elizabeth Fontaine Grieco, I can see one spitting into a bottle, but sucking - no. Spitting, out - O.K. And leaving a sour taste on your lips - is O.K. too. But leaves one to wonder if he loves, works for me only if the bottle are his LIPS! ROBERT BURNS, PORTLAND, OREGON
