It's been sometime
I have been fixating;
Heart is not the one that thinks
Its my mind, it's in my head

So when I fell in love
Its in my mind, it's in my head
It has never been you
My poor beating heart

So when i was heartbroken
It was my mind, it's in my brain
Has never been you
My poor little heart

Although!
Every single time I saw you,
Boy! I swear it was in my heart
and not my head
It was my heart that pounded
Jumping in an erratic beat

So i'll stay,
Very well, very well
True to my heart
That has gone astray
And follow the crowd,
I'll sing out loud
Boy; you broke my heart
Sounds so real
Like it was all your fault
That my heart broke down

My dear little heart
You are such a dove
Poet's treasure trove
For broken hearts,
Are such mighty reads
