Breathe Poem by Skylark Woodrow

Breathe

Stop,
Look at where you are,
Look at how far you've come.
It's okay to take this moment and stop and rest.
You're safe here;
Safe and loved.
Leave your worries and your fears behind.
Breathe,
Let your spirit settle from its frantic flight.
Close your eyes,
Unclench your fists,
And let go.
