When young i would run outside on breezy warm spring days
Play and soak in the sun rays

Pick pretty weeds and play love me, Love me not
Sing without a worrying thought

Twirl, jump and spin with my arms held high
Lay across the lawn and look up at the bright blue sky

Picture images in the clouds
I lived without walls or bounds

Growing up changes you
You never again see that bright blue

Pick a Rose, Smell a daisy
lie in your arms and be lazy

Catch myself smiling when around you
Even when im mad and i dont want to

Kiss in the rain, and not feel insain

Look in the mirror and not care
I feel smarter than i would ever dare

This is more than a crush
Your touch makes me blush

Theirs no where else i rather be
I can clearly see

That bright blue is so pretty
