Brocken Spectre Poem by Iniduo Iniduo

Brocken Spectre

I've found myself,
surrounded by rainbows
in the glistering air.

I see a halo of untouchable thoughts,
my back against the sun.

I discover where I am,
in the middle of my own circle,
nobody else out there.

Can I break out,
without damage done?

Pure light broken up into a rainbow... a very beautiful thought but somehow painful to the poet as if the need to be kept untouched therefore unbroken.
