Brodie-Rain Poem by Brodie Montgomery

Brodie-Rain

People love to comment,
on everything i do.
They never stand and look at them,
They whisper and they coo.

So what if i'm a bit loud,
So what if i'm a mum.
Step back and look in your own yard,
It's not as if i'm dumb.

Stop telling me i'm useless,
Stop ripping off my head.
People wonder why i'm sad,
And spend my life in bed.

Your opinions do not matter,
They hurt me this is true.
But i'm me no matter what you say,
There's nothing you can do
