Lift your arms up to the sun
If you can run, then run
With your body or your mind
Shake off that daily grind
Accept the chaos
And enjoy the calm
Life is warm
Yet often blue
Dust yourself down
Truth is love
And love is true
Tomorrow is never promised
So live for today
Let it rain in your mind
And wash negativity away
Love feeds love
And hate feeds hate
Embrace the former
And the latter will abate
Let life become a dream
And dreams become life
Feel your inner child's release
Find that state of peace
Just remember
None of us are
