Bubonic Plague

Bubonic Plague leads to nothing but dread
Bubonic Plague gets in my head
Bubonic Plague says go on leave me be
Bubonic Plague says you'll never be free
Bubonic Plague has taken a toll on my bones
Bubonic Plague says we all die alone
Bubonic Plague says come look at something
Bubonic Plague knows there is always nothing
Bubonic Plague calls like a desire in the night
Bubonic Plague is you just lost the fight
Bubonic Plague demands that you follow the way
Bubonic Plague always has something to say
Bubonic Plague leads to nothing but dread
Bubonic Plague, You're Dead

Poem of the Day

poet Charles Stuart Calverley

He stood, a worn-out City clerk —
