Bully Boy Meets His Match Poem by John Fenton Mcleish

Bully Boy Meets His Match

Western powers are now superfluous
And overnight become irrelevant
Yet try to project strength so furious
In truth they are but weak and impotent

Demand the whole world conform to their taste
As if they're the only ones who matter
To dominate the globe they do make haste
With threats, lies and propaganda chatter

Just like gangsters they bully small country
These bureaucrats, bankers and English lord
Must borrow from them or face bankruptcy
And yet they do nothing but sow dischord

Finally the bully does meet his match
Not the only big guy now on this patch
