Today I saw a bumblebee.
He was on a pretty rose.
I leaned in to look at him
and he stung me on my nose!
I wasn’t gonna squish him,
only watch and see …
but I’ll never get THAT close again
to a grouchy grumble-bee.
And one can literally see the child and the bee because you relate so well our memories as a child
This is brilliant CJ had me laughing out loud. I have two stories about Bees from my childhood, one concerning my sister the other my dog. Must realte them to you sometime. Sill laffin'
