Do hearken birds of bliss
Haste ye and come to me
Leave every nest and tree
Tell all four legged beasts
Both wild and tamed alike
That I wish to share with all
A tiding of so much joy
Trees, shrubs and grass so green
Lend me an ear or two
O man my kith and kin
Be ahead of the assembly
For today I present to you
The bundle I conceived
For nine whole months I nourished
While a tight bond formed within
Today I hold my joy
For the whole world to see
Thank you o gracious Lord
