You wanna get out of there
You can't take it anymore
The blood, The tears
Your hands are all bruised

But you know it's impossible
To run away from yourself
So you stay put and suffer
And hurt yourself more

'Cause you know that it'll end one day
If you hurt yourself enough you'll be free
But you've waited this long and what happened?
Nothing

So get on with life and do something good
be proud of yourself and
give yourself a nice pat on the back
You knew all along that you could do it

I'm always telling you that and do you listen?
You're only hurting yourslef and the ones around you
I know what you did once.....
That time you tried to become free

It didn't work so well did it?
I guess someone wants you to try
try
try

But now you won't come out of that room
That dark room
So then I go check on you

I'm glad your wish came true
