Call Of Duty Poem by Edsel Ryan Loreto Superada

Call Of Duty

From their homes and families to a foreign land
A call of duty to bring the Gospel in others hand
Faithful God's soldiers willing to pay the price
To proclaim soul's freedom with uttermost sacrifice

Carry the cross to the highest point of Calvary
Share the gospel's simple salvation's imagery
Saving burning souls from town to town
Rescuing from the lake of fire before they drown

As they enter the battle losing the war was their fate
But holds the fort and raised their shield of faith
Then the enemies hold back as their commander says;
Let us rest to live and fight for another day

As the final chapter of the war raged
The old serpent is unleashed from its cage
Christians are ready to restore the land
Jesus Christ as their captain; vict'ry at His hand
