Calm Waters Poem by David Harris

Calm Waters

Rating: 5.0

We set out on life’s ocean
filled with turbulent waves,
often looking for calmer waters
in which to stay and bathe.
We seek to find happiness
all of us want to find.
Some times, we find a friend,
who will take us by the hand,
leading us to those calm waters
we were looking for.

This is a most endearing poem written for another man who is special like you are. I hope you are healing well David. I've been on a trip for a couple weeks so haven't been able to read. Lots of catching up to do but I have a guest up from Greenwich now so I'll read later tonight. love, marci..xo

It's your friends who help you sail those seas, like a lighthouse they are the light that reaches out to me, nothing to fear here, keep sailing true, just follow the light Straight and true, never will harm come to you... Thanks my friend...
