Why can't I get you out of my mind
Its driving me crazy
I can't go a day without you on my mind
You don't know what you mean to me
You don't know these feelings that I have
Cause I have no clue how to tell you
After all we live so far a part
But no matter how hard I try
These thoughts of you don't go away
Maybe you are suppose to be on my mind
You always make my heart melt away
You make me smile
Even when I don't want to
These feelings for you are unexplainable
If it wasn't for you I don't know if I'd still be here
You've helped me through a lot
I can't let this go you mean a lot to me
Can't help these feelings I have for you

This poem went right through my heart. As the words can actually fit any given situation in the same lilly of empty valleys.... I could not have written this better myself..... Sometimes things happen for reasons, the worst of reasons, and we can not understand nor except them, but somewhere along the way, you will look back and see why THIS is happening to you..... Trust me I have been there and done this.... and part of me still does and always will, but am very happy at where I am in my life..... this is beautifull worthy of a TEN! ! ! ! AND AGAIN! ! ! !

Very nice work...this poem hasso much meaning and sometimes I think we all wonder why some of the people who 'make our hearts melt away' are so far away. It doesn't seem fair. Great job and keep writing! :) |
