Capitalism is wonderful
Is a loud refrain
Free Trade a perfect solution
We are told again and again
But Capitalism enhances poverty
Gives money the power of God
To beat the very poorest
With an iron rod
It enables the wealthy standing tall
To demand far more for less
Proclaiming their virtue with shameless gall
As they take their money and leave a mess.
Capitalism is Free Trade
Free Trade is always fair
As long as we get the price we want
There is no need to care
Greed is Gods own virtue
Until your money’s lost
And opens your eyes to suffering
As you suddenly feel the cost
Then it’s not so great
When you’re to one to feel the pain
And you get less for all your sweat
To ensure another’s gain.
Capitalism is not fair trade
It’s exploitation in sparse disguise
So let us tear the thread it made
And show all it’s evil lies
