Carnival Time
The carrousel seahorses' picturesque circus dress
Flows behind in a wave.
The pantomime symphony echoes a mocking song,
Which winds all the hours away.
The ghost of the man who stands by his stripy stall
Has called himself no-one today.
The porcelain masquerade and joker of all the cards
Laughs at the wandering eyes.
The jackrabbit puppet doll jumps out from his secret cave
To make me smile so simply.
End.
