Catdog Poem by Philo Yan

Catdog

Rating: 5.0

Once there was a dog named Pat
Who thinks he is a tabby cat
Instead of a bark, he'll purr
Rubs his head and licks his fur!

He peeps through holes like this
He sniffs the air for fish
Coughs up a ball instead of meat
he loves fish cakes on a stick!
And if you play a game of fetch
He yawns, "Why don't YOU catch! "

If Pat is served a bone
He will decide the tone
He'll turn his nose up high
"Human, that ain't gonna fly! "

The dog that thinks he's a cat
He sure has a mind of his own
there's nothing wrong with that
He's a unique pet to own.
