Causality Of The Whole Poem by Brian Mattern

Causality Of The Whole

Causality meanders dear (near, that is.)
Though a universe to share is far (from here, that is.)
Yet, self can shatter time (fear, that is.)
And spill instant global tears (cheer, that is.)
Friendly manners float (high, that is)
Like the benefit of kites (by, that is)
A wind carries the love (mine, that is)
Through thick of roars and beats (life, that is)
New chapters thought are scribed (lain, that is)
Halting metal gears in their tracks (page, that is)
It's a shout across the sea (plain, that is)
To circulate foreign wide (range, that is)
For local is the heart inside, there among the whole.
