Central Square Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Central Square

Rating: 5.0

Violet feathers wisp like acceptance
The world has no rest
Times are fences and evil
Will you take me in?
Into your eyes like a sea

I saw you like a blue rainbow
You were the clouds of sorrow
At a little Cambridge shop
You looked at me with hope
I bought you a little angel

Political movements are so dry
So lonely
Hearts need homes
Tonight street poets are reading
At Central Square, do you want to go?
