Chair Poem by Robbie Squires

Chair

Oh that chair how it sits over there
Wondering what it does as I stare
One leg is hovering above the ground
Because its missing a piece that is round
Oh how it sits up against the wall
This chair is not too short
Yet not too tall
The back and seat are of yellow
If a person, itd probably be mellow
The legs are slightly curved out
Its stability of I have my doubts
The two crossbars support the middle
As for significance this chair has little
The seat looks though as it is worn
Just like those jeans that are slightly torn
I can see a crack forming in one leg
If it could talk I bet id beg
For repair repair, as I sit as I stare
Into the insignificance and loneliness of this chair
