Systems are down computers have crashed
Businesses have collapsed prices are slashed
Decay in our towns no sense of direction
Just alcohol and teenage lust a scramble for affection
The house of flies keeps our secrets within
Holding housewives secrets vices and sins
No truce with the furies we can't contain chaos
Nothing is feeling no sense of loss
Millennium bugs at terminal stations
Can't wait to escape never any patience
Aircraft are grounded planes are stranded
The flies are calling they've already landed
There's a change in the air a sense of waste
Streets of ignorance and bitter distaste
Induced retails comas are now just routine
Expense of technology has become so obscene
The flies are released and start to spread their mistrust
The masses attack one another in disgust
A change is coming now the flies have woken
No longer will words like profit be spoken
Society won't cave to their purchase power
The flies are amassing and seizing the hour
The weak the useless and the lazy will fall
The house of the flies bring an end to it all
