sky fluxed skies dark cinereal wisps
replete stream weeping downcast early glimmer
tree boughs bow with water weight
distressed distrust in every breath
leaves transfiguring chartreuse to ruby
like fire hydrant red alarms or topaz hue
pink blues petals drop, burden drooped
in umbrageous linear jaded folds
whilst all around the heavens grieve
for Summers gone in azure silken shades
foregoes the yellow butter balls of halcyon days
transition, except in Indian cycles of the fall,
full mourned by worshipers in lightening storms
relinquish balmy days to grip full chill in the air
aches in aged hands foretells Autumns soon to come
with mists and lambent airs.
