Character Assassination
Some when climbing
the ladder of success
use character assassination
to get to the top
trampling over others
to prove how good they are.
However, on their push to ascend
they forget one thing
the higher they climb
the quicker they can fall,
but who among those
whom they have abused
will hold out a helping hand
to help them when they fall,
not many if any.
