TheSilent Loudness

Childready Poem by TheSilent Loudness

My heart feels poetic but my mind tells me I'm a child
In a cold winter heat is a thought from this morning of yesterday
And of yesterday I think often
Of it I think to miss it for its simplicity, its murals, its heroes
Its gullible, easy soul
I miss its ready acceptance
But I cannot return
I cannot return
In turn, I try but I fail
I fail
Return
