The ocean in mini skirt
Dipped in blue
Speckled fishes crabs in net
Birds alien flying in gay
Dotted with islets
Boats, ferries and launches
Small’s beautiful-
Nature’s doll.
Her rippling steps
Serpentine hair
Shiny temple
Blinking eyes
Make me hop
Like quadruped uncle.
I stretched my hands
To catch in vain,
Only drops of saline
Fell like tear.
Unbound like water
Vast like the sky
Untouched like horizon…
Deity?
I cursed imagination
So human and limited
To confine the divine
In a doll or deity.
