Choices Poem by Ben Rain

Choices

Rating: 4.5

Everyone lives, Everyone learns, Everyone fails.
It’s just something that goes around,
But have you ever felt the need to entice an imperative something
and it’s almost like your not there and can’t make a sound.

Why, courage isn’t not being afraid
But being able to stand up to that fear.
What if hate befell to be the same?
Not unleashing anger
But regulating yourself tame.

To harness anger, frustration, and hate
Is to endeavor to do the impossible
But the impossible can be done.
Than maybe take on anarchy and try to master what you can’t
But don’t feel bumptious, then turn around and run.

It’s up to you what path you choose,
Be a hero and conquer a feat unreachable
Or stay in solitude not speaking of your rant.
It’s up to you what path you choose.
