Gita says "Uddharet Aatman Aatmanam/ Na Aatmanam Avasadayet// Aatmasya Hi Aatmano Bandhur/ Aatmaiva Ripuraatmana"- Man needs to lift himself up by his own inner strength. He should allow himself to be going down. For, he himself is his friend/ well wisher and he is his enemy as well.
Poet Menon, I was very fortunate to have discovered Bhagawat Gita when I was a very young . It had profoundly influenced the course of my life!
Yes. We need to forget the bad things happened in our life and choose to move on, on the the strength of good memories. After all, it is our choice, as Bhagawat Gita exhorts:
So many of us had/have been focusing on the bad of the past. And that's really messed up our lives. High time to let go and MOVE ON!
