City Lights Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

City Lights

City lights

She stands in front
I pray and drive
hands go for camera
I focus after aim
the goal is "get best shot."
and "click", have photo.

See red light, green light
the road-lamp; and of cars
but not what I sought for
the full moon in sky.

Damn you all, city lights.
