Cityscape Poem by Vision Ghost

Cityscape

So many breathing souls unacknowledged but aware of existence
Of the many more seen through steel and concrete contingence
From the perspective of distance seen by eyes of the singularity
To whom the open window witness the breeze of such clarity

Beneath blue skies of such a paradise of visionary structures
Which hit back the mind as fast as the vision unfolds futures
Yet untold as many possibilities sought through imaginations
As only the one who seeks beyond the sight in such sensations

If one could absorb the every emotion of every populous
Then perhaps we could all be so forever the contiguous
And unite in every communication sent and so received
If any word said out of context as pardoning be reprieved

But let air extinguish the confusion through passive breathing
Fluttering past me through the window blinds so filtering
And leave one with such many thoughts forever so prohibited
But in the infatuation of time shall be somehow exhibited

Via the practice of patience and the allowance of a loved one
Never a question asked of such love and touch where hence from?
But drafted in such communication in words we shall forget
Yet rekindled only when irrelevance has seeped social fret

Answer the phone and be slave to the tone in such servitude
Be not forever the pasture of emotions we so now extrude
Yet so camouflaged in this cityscape of yet the thousands
In the driven sanction of dollar, pounds, euro and diamonds

So open a window and witness the shadows of so many more
Of whom live for their varying reasons for richer or for poor
But shielded in the complexity of the many so unforeseen
Sleep now dear one your day is done living for the supreme
