Come the end of everything
Everything that serves to bind -
Come the end of everything
Leaving all that ‘is' behind.

Each day just an empty space
Filled with echoes of the past -
Nothing that I can replace
All is fixed, in shadows cast.

Come the end of everything
Everything that issues pain -
Come the end of everything
Only memories remain.

Each day spent in solitude
Filled with phantoms all around -
Nothing that can be renewed
All is silent, not a sound.

Come the end of everything
Everything that steals my dreams -
Come the end of everything
Leaving nothing as it seems.
