The sun will shine more brightly
The stars will appear brand new
All this will seem like a distant memory
When I return to you

I will savour every given hug
I won't turn down a chance
I will sing on karaoke
Maybe I will even dance

Every opportunity will be considered
Every moment will be regained
I'm gonna try my best not to complain
Not take life for granted again

I've missed each one of you dearly
I just hope we can reach this far
I would walk a hundred miles to you
I don't care about planes or cars

But when this is all over
It will seem like we were never apart
At the end of the day love stays within
This is etched within our heart

So once this lockdown is over
And the world appears less mad
We can return back to normal
Life won't seem so bad

I feel for the loss of lives of course
The proper send offs they never had
That's the cruelty of the world right now
What makes this all so sad

We will celebrate the lives thereafter
Once we've picked up the pace
Now sending love to friends and family
We will get through this, please stay safe
