Confusing Thoughts Poem by Sandra van Coppenhagen

a million thoughts running around in my mind
some, incoherent, others, bright
a simple smile is confusing
a simple conversation is delightful
so many things, but don't know what to say
or where to begin
it's........
.... overwhelming, i suppose is the word
difficult to explain
so many thoughts, but no beginning and deffinately no end
can't just start anywhere
would be confusing
for both of us
even my dreams are confusing
i remember moments,
or maybe pictures
but i have no hope of trying to explain it......
