Letting my heart get involved
Being put in bad situations to be solved
Being hurt by the lies
And the many silent cries
Are all consequences of love
Love equals hurt and pain
But the heartache and bad memories are what remain
With all the emotional abuse
What's te use with all we go through
It's the consequences of love
But with all that's been said and done
And with all the days that's gone
We are finally through
And neither one of us has won
It's simply the consequences of love
