Cookies And Milk Poem by tanesha davenport

Cookies And Milk

Rating: 2.7

I want to sit with you and have cookies and milk
you laugh at me because i doubled dipped
we both giggle at the mustaches on our face
at the moment i dont want to leave this place
you hold my hand as we sit alone
we look into each others eyes, not wanting to go home
you lean over to give me a kiss
then we both laugh so hard because you miss
you grab my face and pull it in
i kiss your lips as i touch your soft skin
you put your hands on my back moving them all around
this is so intense but niether of us make a sound
you pull your lips from mine then kiss my neck
then we stop and walk out to the sun deck
we sit holding hands as the sun goes away
you whispher in my ear ' in my heart you will stay'
the sun goes away turning the daylight black
then i look at my watch and yell ' i gotta get back'
but before i leave you pull me close for one last kiss
this time was perfect because you didnt miss
then you whisper in my ear ' i will always love you'
i walk away, then look back and say ' i will always love you too'
i go home and go straight to bed
remembering every word you said
dreaming about this day as i fall asleep
remembering the day you gave me your heart to keep
