Coping Poem by Jara Son of Ahaz

Coping

I woke once to see
Jesus there in front of me.
I asked him why he left me here
He said I have work to do, but he would stay near.
I continued on, is she there.
He promised that she was in the best of care.
I blinked, and like that he was gone.
I knew then that I must go on.
No matter the trials, no matter the sorrow.
I knew eternity with her, was my tomorrow.
