To not give in
To not fall apart
To hold on
To pretend to be alright
To not show the weakness inside
To not hint to others the failure one feels
To go on
As if one knows and dreams and believes
That Life is good and can be made better
Even when it is not alright
To set an example
To not give in
To carry oneself with good humor and blessing
To help others whenever possible
To overcome all the negative voices
To go on
And to be a source of joy and hope
