Craft, Wisdom, Love And Hope Poem by Alufa Oke Joshua

Craft, Wisdom, Love And Hope

Craftsman's Wisdom (1-4 lines)

The craft man has no different opinion,
His craftsmanship has sailed beyond our coast,
His energy has limited the wind
of an infant mortality rate (4)

Ethical Advice (5-8 lines)

Don't receive a gift if you aren't giving back,
Refuse to agree to dancing secret,
Take suit when you are being oppressed,
Don't depend on the norther wind (8)

Love and Perception (9-13 lines) :

Why fall in love with a piece when u can get the head,
Taking a spoon per day can't be gauged by mere kissing,
Be guarded by the sweetness of her lipstick,
Devil aren't invisible anymore than the social media actors,
Her class teacher has posted nude yet called it Photoshop by her audience (13)

Hope for Africa (14-19 lines)

The liberty of reasoning is still ahead of them,
Africa would develop at her own glorious pace,
Lions would roam our streets harmless,
Without hunters hunting them,
We would own right to our story,
Not without a freedom statement of pride and bitterness we inherited. (19)
